Here at Hamilton Barnes, I am the Global Head of Telecommunications contract services, helping customers navigate business challenges with contract IT solutions across the UK, Europe and the US.

Success stories:

• Placed 4 CCIE’s in 2 weeks with a leading MSP to support on their complex transformation programmes with 2 major Telco’s. This allowed us to be onboarded as a premium partner and have since placed 26 contractors on separate programmes.
• Supported a major Telco in the UK by placing a contract team lead which involved redesigning their core network to be able to cope with the massive increase in traffic expected as this industry moves away from traditional VSAT connections to high-bandwidth LEO satellite connections
• Successfully placed 2 Senior IP engineers with an Alt-Net on one of their migration projects in which they were struggling with personnel for over 6 weeks. From receiving the requirement, we successfully filled the requirement from start to finish in 6 days.
