Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain low latency network solutions to support electronic trading platforms.
- Optimize network performance and reliability to ensure minimal latency and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues in real-time.
- Implement best practices for network security, compliance, and risk management.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills.
- CCNP or CCIE certification preferred.
- Extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on low latency networking.
- Expertise in routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, Multicast).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex network solutions in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
