Key Responsibilities:
- Provide third-line support for network infrastructure, resolving complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco or Aruba R&S solutions to meet client specifications and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct network assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance performance and security.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to junior team members.
Must-Have Skills:
- CCNA Certified (working towards CCNP)
- Proficiency in Cisco or Aruba R&S technologies.
- Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of client-focused service delivery.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with wireless or firewalling networking technologies.
