We're on the lookout for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development officer to join a swiftly expanding IT Managed Services firm. You'll be responsible for taking the lead in proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to foster and drive organizational growth!

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Acquire comprehensive product knowledge to effectively up-sell additional products
  • Foster and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Offer expert guidance on products and services tailored to individual business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external referral partners to generate and convert leads.

 Required Experience

  • Customer-oriented and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Openness to acquiring new skills, both autonomously and through collaboration.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, showcasing impressive conversion rates and accomplishments.
  • Managed Services experience
  • Strong understanding of Azure, Microsoft and cloud base solutions.
