Our client, a leading Network Service Provider is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Network Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management:
• Lead and manage a team of 15 Network Engineers.
• Provide strategic direction for team and organizational success.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure.
• Ensure the security and reliability of network systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network operations with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in network operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends for enhanced network capabilities.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven leadership in managing network engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of network operating systems and protocols.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English and German with excellent communication skills.
• Leadership and team management skills: Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into network strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of network Operation principles.
