Our client is an exceptional start up and Cisco partner been running for just a few years, looking for someone to come in and drive their Sales function forward!
Founded in just 2022 mourclient is offering tremendous opportunities to move into a leadership role and build the foundations of the company!
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development initiatives while managing existing client relationships.
- Lead the establishment and growth of the sales function from inception.
- Cultivate partnerships with small to medium-sized IT channel partners, leveraging experience & relationships.
- Implement effective sales strategies focused on network and network security solutions, collaborating with vendors including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, and various SD-WAN providers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in new business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT channel partnership management, ideally with familiarity in Cisco products.
- Proficiency in networking and network security solution sales, encompassing partnerships with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, and SD-WAN vendors.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and maturity, complemented by enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, with openness to occasional in-person meetings or the potential for a shared workspace setup if requested by stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary ideally ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, with potential flexibility up to £65,000 based on qualifications and experience.
- Realistic OTE of approximately £100,000, with the opportunity for advancement to a leadership role, team expansion, and potential shareholder status contingent upon performance.
Location:
- It is entirely remote, with quarterly meetings and weekly meetings if interested!
