At Hamilton Barnes, our journey began in the most humble of settings – a cupboard, to be exact. In May 2014, our co-founders, Nick and George, shared a simple but ambitious vision, to establish themselves as the go-to recruitment consultancy in the Network Engineering space. 

Over the years, we have not only attracted a dedicated clientele and a team of exceptional professionals but also made great partnerships with customers and made a strong presence in the market.

Hamilton Barnes has undergone a huge transformation. In 9 years, we expanded from a team of 2 to a headcount exceeding 100. Our reach extends far beyond London, our HQ, as we now operate across multiple international markets.

One of the highlights of our success lies in our approach to team-building. We have encouraged our consultants to build their own dedicated teams, each specialising in a distinct domain. This has enabled us to diversify our sector coverage, encompassing areas such as Networking, Unified Communications, IT Security, Cyber Security, Cloud Technology, Telecommunications, Finance, Fibre, and Infrastructure.
