Responsibilities:
- Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) enterprise servers and equipment in data centres.
- Follow documented procedures to deliver installation and support services.
- Conduct site assessments and update customer closure procedures.
- Solve IT challenges and ensure deployments meet industry standards.
- Maintain/gain industry qualifications relevant to the IMAC team.
- Collaborate with internal PMO to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
Skills/Must Have:
- Experience with Dell EMC enterprise servers and data centre environments.
- Hands-on expertise in IMAC tasks and processes.
- Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel.
- SC Clearable (must meet eligibility for security clearance).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
