Responsibilities:

  • Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) enterprise servers and equipment in data centres.
  • Follow documented procedures to deliver installation and support services.
  • Conduct site assessments and update customer closure procedures.
  • Solve IT challenges and ensure deployments meet industry standards.
  • Maintain/gain industry qualifications relevant to the IMAC team.
  • Collaborate with internal PMO to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).

Skills/Must Have:

  • Experience with Dell EMC enterprise servers and data centre environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in IMAC tasks and processes.
  • Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel.
  • SC Clearable (must meet eligibility for security clearance).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
