This role is a hands-on, results-driven position where you contribute to optimal team performance through tracking KPIS and driving standards throughout the team.
As a senior IT specialist, you will be collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external partners to unify Microsoft environments into a stable enterprise setup and you will be reporting directly to the Group IT Director, showcasing proactive building in a fast-growing and evolving IT environment.

Responsibilities:
- Your role includes managing, designing and administering Microsoft Azure & 365 environments.
- You will be leading and developing the IT Support desk across multiple European countries, including migrations from on-site systems to the cloud.
- This position involves overseeing external IT suppliers and ensuring high-quality service delivery, establishing IT policies and documentation.
- You will be able to collaborate with compliance teams on regulatory requirements, as well as defining and tracking KPIs; managing incident change and project workflows.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, 365, Intune, MS Project, Visio, Security, and Topdesk.
- Proven leadership in managing IT Support Desk operations
- Experience in IT project management and complex system migrations
- Skilled in troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and KPI tracking.
Salary:
- Up-to €85,000 Gross Per Year
- 8% Holiday Pay
