Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for a diverse range of IT tasks, including the construction, maintenance, and monitoring of workstations, servers, network equipment, and cloud solutions.
- Provide 3rd line support within a collaborative 3-tier support team, you will leverage your minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT role, coupled with robust infrastructure skills.
- Engage with our client's valued customers, cementing our reputation for outstanding service delivery.
Required Skills/Qualification:
- Proven experience within a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT role.
- Proficiency in at least 2 of the following Microsoft technologies, Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online / Azure Active Directory / Endpoint Manager).
- Azure IaaS.
- Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2016 / 2019 & 2022.
