Specializing in a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure work, the company is seeking a skilled Application Administrator to manage and optimize Procore and Box software platforms within the enterprise environment. This role will focus on system administration, user management, integrations, troubleshooting, and workflow automation to ensure seamless collaboration and efficiency across teams.

Responsibilities:

Procore Administration:

  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure security and compliance.
  • Configure workflows, templates, and project settings to optimize construction project management.
  • Support integrations with ERP, scheduling, and other third-party tools.
  • Train and support users on best practices and new Procore features.

Box Administration:

  • Administer user access, folder structures, and content governance policies.
  • Implement security protocols, retention policies, and compliance controls.
  • Support integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other enterprise applications.
  • Optimize workflows and automate document management processes.

System Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

  • Proactively monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with vendor support.
  • Ensure data integrity, backups, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Maintain and enforce security policies across both platforms.

Process Improvement & Automation:

  • Identify opportunities for automation using APIs, scripting, or workflow automation tools.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into system usage and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve system functionality and user experience.

Skills/Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise application administration, preferably managing Procore and/or Box.
  • Strong knowledge of user access management, security policies, and system integrations.
  • Experience with API integrations, automation tools, or scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Zapier, etc.) is a plus.
  • Understanding of document management, compliance, and governance best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to support users across different teams.
  • Strong communication skills to train and support end users effectively.
