We are looking for a dedicated Change Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of approved changes during scheduled change events, often conducted out-of-hours overnight. 

The role involves coordinating resources, minimising resistance, and continuously improving change processes while adhering to pre-approved parameters from the Change Advisory Board (CAB).

Contract Details:

  • Location: Liverpool Street 
  • Day Rate: £400PD - £475PD 
  • IR35 Determination: Outside IR35
  • Duration: 3/6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm change event schedules with Project Managers.
  • Verify readiness of mitigation plans with Technical Leads.
  • Communicate change plans and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Notify stakeholders about the status of change events (start, stop, or reschedule).
  • Escalate issues to Technical Leads, Network Managers, or Systems Managers as needed.
  • Provide support during night change events.
  • Own and manage rollback plans, escalating to Team Managers when required.
  • Identify and escalate potential resistance to appropriate management levels.
  • Monitor progress of change events to ensure smooth execution.
  • Report post-change results to the CAB, including status (pass, fail, or rescheduled).
  • Collate and store all change-related documentation (session logs, verification documents) in the project library.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications: ITILv4 Practitioner and Change Management Practitioner.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in Change Management within a service delivery environment.

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple change events simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with service management software tools.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
