Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily construction operations for FTTH and business fiber deployments
  • Oversee subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring timelines and safety compliance
  • Liaise with local permitting authorities, utilities, and municipalities
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any field-related issues
  • Ensure builds meet quality standards and align with project specs
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and network operations for project delivery

Skills/Must have:

  • 3+ years’ experience in telecom or utility construction (fiber experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage field crews and hold subcontractors accountable
  • Strong understanding of aerial and underground fiber construction methods
  • Familiarity with GIS, construction prints, and permitting procedures
  • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel across the Phoenix metro area
