Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily construction operations for FTTH and business fiber deployments
- Oversee subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring timelines and safety compliance
- Liaise with local permitting authorities, utilities, and municipalities
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any field-related issues
- Ensure builds meet quality standards and align with project specs
- Collaborate closely with engineering and network operations for project delivery
Skills/Must have:
- 3+ years’ experience in telecom or utility construction (fiber experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage field crews and hold subcontractors accountable
- Strong understanding of aerial and underground fiber construction methods
- Familiarity with GIS, construction prints, and permitting procedures
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel across the Phoenix metro area
