Responsibilities
- Support and provision customer services
- Configure, build and implement various types of hardware
- Work with operations teams and field engineers
- Contribute to major projects
- Work with various customers to understand issues across Layer 2 & 3
- Resolve technical issues
Experience & Skills
- Supported & provisioned Juniper devices
- Fortinet Firewalling
- MSP background
