We are seeking a Senior Data Centre Infrastructure Manager to join this fast-expanding provider to oversee the business model with Design & Construction and the site teams. You will be educating and supporting them as they move from a building under construction to a live data center.

Data Center Design and Operations
• Support construction design team on operational requirements and enhancements.
• Advise local operations team on operational impact of changes and specifications related to customer change requests.
• Represent EMEA Operations to the customer, SE, and sales teams.
• Serve as SME escalation contact for major infrastructure incidents.
• Work on customer RFIs/RFPs and contractual documents, providing technical guidance.
• Coordinate with local operations and EMEA Operations on specifications and approvals.
• Develop and implement EMEA-wide customer fit-out standards.
• Support construction of data centers and hand-off to operations.
• Ensure global consistency in data center deliveries.
• Provide specific product support for customers.
• Serve as an SME for territory/country teams.
Operations Standards
• Develop, maintain, and optimize EMEA operations standards, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and implement tools to automate standards for improved quality and customer service.
Systems Support
• Develop knowledge of and learn business systems (e.g., Itop, BMS) within nLighten to assist the site team in ensuring required assets are captured and properly mapped between systems.
Product Support
• Support the product team on new customer requirements, adjusting existing products or defining new ones.
• Support site teams on technical specifications of individual products.
Documentation
• Assist in capturing technical variances by country or region due to governance or legislation.
• Educate other operations stakeholders on these variances and when they need to be considered in customer contracts.
Training
• Provide support in cross-functional projects on capturing technical differences between EMEA sites.
• Develop training standards based on required local skill sets.
• Brief sites on trackers available and how to use them effectively.
Skills/Must have:
Engineering power background (certified Engineer preferred)
LV and MV Systems
Previous experience within the workings of a data centre would be an advantage
Working in cross-functional Groups
Good English skills
Additional language skills would also be advantageous
Benefits:
10% bonus
Salary:
€120,000 gross per year (Maximum)
- €100,000 to €120,000pa
- Netherlands, Netherlands
