The leading consultancy firm partnered with a major automotive client and is looking for a skilled Digital Workplace Support Engineer to join on an initial 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple sites within a large and dynamic IT End User Services team, delivering hands-on support, troubleshooting, and process improvement in a high-availability environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support within the PC Support/Digital Workplace team, ensuring timely incident resolution.
- Administer and troubleshoot SCCM 2012, including patch management, software deployments, and client health.
- Package and deploy software using the SCCM Application Model, including Scripting and automation via PowerShell/VBScript.
- Handle SQL queries, SQL Replication troubleshooting, and patch management.
- Lead software packaging and deployment using SCCM (App Model), including detection logic and requirement rules.
- Support Intune, Autopilot, and Co-Management for Windows device enrolment.
- Manage and maintain reporting through SSRS and ensure compliance with SLA targets.
Skills/Must have:
- Strong SCCM administration and infrastructure management experience.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and monitoring SCCM components and site status.
- Advanced Scripting knowledge - PowerShell and VBScript.
- Excellent understanding of patching, deployment, and compliance reporting.
- Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Co-Management in hybrid environments.
- ITIL Foundation certified (Incident/Problem Practitioner desirable).
- Experience working within complex enterprise IT environments.
- Strong communication skills and a user-centric support approach.
