Responsibilities:

• Provide installation support reporting to the Managed Networks Team.
• Provide remote hands and hardware support to the Support Team.
• To work in an organised, timely and safe manner.
• To provide progress updates using the CRM and support tools.

Skills/Must have:

• Field Experience installing Networking equipment.

Benefits:

• 33 days holiday including bank holidays (rising to 35 days after 5 years).
• This company will support you and pay for certifications.

Salary:

• £22,000 - £25,000, depending on experience.
