We are on the lookout for a Field Service Technician in Perth!
We are collaborating with a Managed Service Provider based in Perth, which is seeking a Field Service Technician to ensure seamless connectivity for their customers. This fast paced role is ideal for someone with experience in cabling, telecommunications, or related fields.
Our client offers telecommunications, internet, development, and managed IT services to various businesses, including major enterprises in Western Australia.
Responsibilities:
• Provide scheduled onsite support and maintenance.
• Install, configure, and maintain communication equipment at mining sites, including optic fibre, twisted
pair, coax, and security cabling.
• Work with other teams to troubleshoot connectivity issues and minimize downtime.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience with communication equipment, including optic fibre, twisted pair, coax, and security
cabling.
• Experience in maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting cabling, telecommunications or related fields.
• Ability to work both remotely and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel and work from customer sites.
