Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for GE Smallworld and related GIS/OT applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, incidents, and performance bottlenecks.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and data migration activities.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and functional teams to triage and resolve defects.
• Document support procedures, configurations, and known issues.
• Ensure SLAs and compliance standards are met across support processes.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience supporting GE Smallworld, PowerOn, eTerra, or similar operational technology platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Oracle/MySQL, and scripting for system admin tasks.
• Familiarity with Java, Magik, Python, or other relevant languages is a plus.
• Proactive problem solver with good communication and stakeholder skills.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• ITIL awareness or experience working within a structured support environment is desirable.
