Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services
  • Support virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi, vCenter, Hyper-V, and Citrix
  • Perform day-to-day administration of physical servers and configuration management
  • Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Workspace One, Jamf)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using network and system analysis tools
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar to improve efficiency
  • Document system configurations, SOPs, and contingency plans
  • Collaborate on IT security and vulnerability management initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-6 years experience supporting and designing Windows-based and mixed OS infrastructures
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, DFS, DNS, DHCP, and Kerberos
  • Experience with server and desktop deployment/management (SCCM, imaging, automation)
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix)
  • Understanding of storage technologies and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack)
  • Hands-on Linux experience, including interoperability with Windows systems and basic command-line skills
