Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems, hardware (card readers, printers, scanners), and software. Ensure smooth transactions and minimal downtime.
  • Manage and troubleshoot inventory, sales reporting, and data management systems. Coordinate with IT for data integrity and reporting.
  • Travel to retail sites to resolve issues, deploy equipment, and support upgrades. Perform preventative maintenance.
  • Train users on POS/back-office systems and document common issues/solutions.
  • Manage warranty claims, software updates, and vendor contracts.


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years in POS or IT support, ideally in retail/hospitality.
  • Proficiency in MECM/SCCM, Intune, Office 365, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices, SLA management, and MDM/MAM platforms.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
