Responsibilities: 

• Supporting the team with day-to-day operations across a high-availability IP/MPLS network
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS LDP/RSVP, and Layer 2 technologies.
• Gaining hands-on experience with network automation tools such as Ansible, Git, and Python-based scripts
• Learning to configure and maintain advanced routing protocols including BGP and IS-IS multi-level domains
• Participating in change management and documentation processes to support a mission-critical platform

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Experience troubleshooting and monitoring a core MPLS network
• A good understanding of BGP and routing concepts (OSPF, MPLS, etc.)
• Some knowledge of Ethernet, IP networking, or MPLS/VPLS setups
• Basic experience with Bash, Python or Ansible is a bonus
• Interest in Linux systems is a bonus
