L2 Network Engineer - System Integrator

The team is seeking an experienced L2 Network Engineer to join their operations in Singapore, supporting a range of enterprise clients across the region. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide first-line support for incidents and service requests in alignment with SLAs.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve low-complexity technical issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Contribute to project work as needed to support team objectives.

Maintenance:

• Provide on-call services on the company support call
• On-standby support with SLA 7*24*4.
• Replacing any field replaceable units required and returning the equipment to normal operational condition;
• Installing requested engineering changes, or any required software.
• Re-packing of returning equipment for RMA return.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCNP Certification or equivalent Level 2 Network certification.
• 3-10 years of work experience.
• Strong internetworking skills.
• Ability to understand technical documents and follow instructions.
• Basic command of English

Salary: 

• $7,000 - $8,000/month
