Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and consult on network and systems infrastructure to meet client requirements.
• Maintain and troubleshoot core network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Provide technical leadership during solution discussions, client workshops, and post-sales implementation.
• Support and administer Linux and Windows servers for internal and external services.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and document architecture and configurations.
• Ensure network performance, high availability, and secure operation through proactive monitoring and optimization.
• Handle patch management, upgrades, and security hardening for systems and networks.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and change records.
• Participate in client-facing meetings, providing expert insights and support for pre-sales, design, and deployment stages.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network and systems engineering, including client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to design and deploy network/system solutions in enterprise or telecom environments.
• Solid understanding of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), firewall rules, NAT, and VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems, server hardening, and scripting for automation.
• Familiar with virtualization technologies (VMware, Proxmox, KVM) and network management tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, RHCSA) are a plus.
