Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from design through to implementation, ensuring seamless deployment and integration.
- Provide expert-level support to clients and serve as an internal escalation point for complex technical incidents.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network and security-related issues efficiently.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support when required.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a consulting or field-based networking role.
- CCNP certification with expertise in Routing, Switching, and Security, including Data Centre experience with Nexus.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and associated technologies.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex enterprise networks.
- Proficiency in Wide Area Networking (WAN) technologies and routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
- Cisco ISR and ASR Routers (2900/4000/1000ASR), Cisco Switching (3850/3650/2960X/4500X), Cisco Data Centre Switching (Nexus 5K/7K/9K) with VPC and VDC.
- Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco FirePOWER IPS & Threat Defence, IPSec VPNs, Palo Alto Networks Firewalls.
- Cloud & SD-WAN: Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco DNAC and Prime, Azure and AWS environments.
- Cisco Wireless (C9800 series WLCs).
