Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network components, including switches, routers, and access points
- Work closely with senior network engineers and follow their guidance to implement network solutions
- Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams for reference and troubleshooting
- Monitor network performance and security to identify and resolve potential issues
- Assist in planning and executing network upgrades and improvements
Experience & Skills
- Knowledge of networks in the broadest sense of the word, including Switching, WiFi, TCP/IP, VLANs, trunking, and tagging
- Completed relevant technically oriented ICT training
- HBO working and thinking level
- Demonstrated experience or relevant internship in a network engineering role
- Familiarity with IP network environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
