Responsibilities: 

• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for network operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and top-notch performance.
• Supporting the deployment and optimization of advanced Cisco technologies, including routing, switching, firewalls, and Software-Defined Access (SDA) solutions.
• Troubleshooting complex issues, proactively maintaining network performance, and balancing both operational and support responsibilities.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders and team members to implement innovative solutions that align with the customer’s strategic goals.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, including routing, switching, and firewalls. CCNA or CCNP certification (or equivalent knowledge) is preferred.
• Experience with large-scale network environments: Ideally, exposure to multi-site rollouts or enterprise environments.
• The ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues effectively, with a passion for keeping systems running smoothly.
• Familiarity with software-defined networking and Cisco SDA is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is ideal, but exceptional English-only candidates will also be considered.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
