Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone and ticket based customer support.
  • Diagnose and resolve Network faults.
  • Ensure that customers are updated on tickets, within agreed SLA's.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, throughout the lifecycle of a ticket/issue.
  • Be flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as and when required.


Skills/Must have:

  • WAN/LAN Network Support Experience.
  • Cisco Networking Experience.


Benefits:

  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays (rising to 35 days after 5 years).
  • Certifications will be supported and paid for.


Salary:

  • £27,000 - £32,000, depending on experience.
