Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including CUCM, Unity, Expressway, and Webex
- Manage voice infrastructure components such as SBCs, gateways, and SIP trunking
- Collaborate closely with network, wireless, and security teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solution delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from Tier 1/2 support, including participation in an on-call rotation
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including configuration guides, network diagrams, and client-facing training materials
- Own and manage assigned service tickets and accurately track billable time as required
Skills/Must have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco collaboration tools (CUCM, Unity, Expressway, Webex)
- Deep understanding of voice routing, SIP, SBCs, and gateway configurations
- Working knowledge of supporting technologies: networking (routing/switching), wireless, and security
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, both written and verbal
- Self-starter comfortable working in hybrid and client-facing environments
- Willingness to participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule
Salary:
- $160,000 base
