Responsibilities: 

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support across network and infrastructure systems.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues within secure MOD/Defence environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance operational performance.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and incident management processes.
• Ensure compliance with Defence and security protocols.

Skills / Must Have:

• Current DV Clearance (Developed Vetting).
• Strong background in L2/L3 support within network or infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience working in MOD or Defence settings.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Military CIS (Communication Information Systems) experience.
