Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Translate customer use cases into practical GPU cloud solutions, focusing on AI and HPC workloads. 
  • Technical Discovery: Lead deep-dive sessions to understand requirements for model training pipelines and inference environments. 
  • Demonstrations & Workshops: Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to both technical and business stakeholders. 
  • Sales Enablement: Develop technical assets such as solution briefs and battle cards to sharpen the commercial team's performance. 
  • Market Feedback: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to feed market insights back into the roadmap development. 
  • Technical Evangelism: Represent the platform at technical meetups, webinars, and industry events. 


Skills/Must have:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in presales, solutions engineering, or technical consultancy. 
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong background in data centre infrastructure, cloud platforms, or AI environments. 
  • Technical Depth: Solid understanding of networking, cloud orchestration, virtualisation, and GPU provisioning. 
  • AI Domain Expertise: Knowledge of model training pipelines and large-scale compute environments. 
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business value. 


Desirable Skills:

  • Vendor Specifics: Experience supporting NVIDIA-based AI or GPU infrastructure solutions. 
  • Certifications: NVIDIA certifications or equivalent AI/GPU infrastructure credentials. 
  • HPC Exposure: Previous experience with High-Performance Computing environments.
