We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Engineer in Perth!
We are collaborating with a Managed Service Provider located in Perth, seeking a Senior Product Engineer to manage maintenance operations and ensure the highest standards for all security equipment. This role includes supporting and maintaining security systems.
The client is an ICT provider offering telecommunications, internet, development, and managed IT services to various businesses, including some of the largest enterprises in Western Australia.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach a team of maintenance technicians and support personnel.
Ensure all maintenance tasks adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct frequent safety audits and risk evaluations.
Investigate incidents and apply corrective actions.
Oversee the maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
Develop and update documentation, such as design documents and test plans.
Perform site inspections and health checks to identify risks, issues, and network deficiencies.
Install, commission, and maintain various security systems.
Assist with projects during the sales phase, initial confirmation, and on-site project scoping.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience (3 - 5 years) in security and access control industry.
Proven experience working within a team environment with maintenance and projects.
Able to work both remotely and as part of a team.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
