Responsibilities 

• They work on a huge breadth of projects
• For example, implementing ServiceNow and Salesforce, implementing the apprenticeship program, and all of the onboarding for bringing on new businesses at DRW (such as opening new offices, etc.)

Experience & Skills 

• Industry experience and exposure are very much preferred
• Needs to have an understanding of trading firms or even trading arms within a bank
• Looking for someone more mid to senior level or open to someone really good who has 3 years of experience

Salary Details 

• $140,000-$200,000
• Hybrid (3 days in the office)
