Sales Support Manager - System Integrator

Responsibilities:

Sales Team Support:

• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
• Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.

Order Processing:

• Handle order processing from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Track and monitor order status, resolving any issues that arise.

Customer Interaction:

• Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries in collaboration with the Sales Representative and the customer service management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

Sales Reporting:

• Generate and distribute regular sales reports and performance metrics.
• Assist in analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the sales team in preparing for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain and organize sales documents, contracts, and files.
• Handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department.

Skills/Must have:

• Experience in a sales support role
• Salesforce 
• Previous Team management/leader position (Preferred)
• Data centre (Preferred)
• Language - French, German, Dutch, Spanish (Preferred)
