Senior Network Engineer - ISP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support and resolution for high-severity network incidents and escalations (L3)
• Deliver advanced configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting across multi-vendor environments
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to support robust, scalable network solutions
• Contribute to project deployments, migrations, and technical documentation
• Support continuous improvement across managed services processes and practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer, ideally in a Managed Services or MSP environment
• Deep knowledge of Cisco and Juniper routing and switching
• Proven experience with Fortinet firewalls in production environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle L3 escalations independently
• Certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or NSE are highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset
