The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team of engineers while acting as the primary technical authority, supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle from demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to deployment and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers across Europe, driving technical excellence and ensuring successful customer outcomes.
• Act as the technical lead for customer engagements, delivering high-level demos and managing Proof-of-Concept (POC) environments.
• Design and execute sandbox deployments, ensuring seamless technical validation for customers building next-gen AI and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide expert-level post-deployment support, acting as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges in live production environments.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and R&D to transition customers from technical validation to full production status.
• Drive team execution while remaining hands-on with configuration, troubleshooting, and architectural design.
• Support the scaling of the Customer Success function, assisting in the onboarding of new engineers as the team grows.

Skills/Must Have:

• Expert-level technical mastery of modern data centre fabrics, specifically EVPN-VXLAN and BGP.
• Strong Linux networking knowledge, with a deep understanding of system internals and packet flow.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage a distributed team of engineers while maintaining a heavy individual technical workload.
• Customer-facing expertise, with a track record of successfully leading technical demos, POCs, and high-stakes support interactions.
• Hands-on configuration skills, with the ability to design and troubleshoot complex data centre networks from scratch.

Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience with Nvidia networking (Cumulus Linux, Mellanox, or Spectrum switches) is a major advantage.
• Exposure to network automation platforms and modern Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) workflows.
• Experience working at a networking vendor or high-growth infrastructure software company.
