Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of FTTH network design, from high-level planning to field verification and final as-builts.
- Lead a team of OSP engineers and technicians, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Coordinate directly with field teams and third-party engineering firms, aligning design outputs with construction needs.
- Manage stakeholder meetings and provide project updates, ensuring alignment across internal teams and clients.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years' experience leading complex OSP FTTH/FTTx design projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Professional Engineer license preferred)
- Proficiency with design platforms like AutoCAD, Vetro for as-builts, and ArcGIS
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills in fast-paced environments
