Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of FTTH network design, from high-level planning to field verification and final as-builts.
  • Lead a team of OSP engineers and technicians, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Coordinate directly with field teams and third-party engineering firms, aligning design outputs with construction needs.
  • Manage stakeholder meetings and provide project updates, ensuring alignment across internal teams and clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years' experience leading complex OSP FTTH/FTTx design projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Professional Engineer license preferred)
  • Proficiency with design platforms like AutoCAD, Vetro for as-builts, and ArcGIS
  • Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills in fast-paced environments
