Their services cover all project phases, from design to acceptance and after-sales support. Clients include satellite operators, public and private broadcasters, telecommunications companies, and system integrators in the broadcast sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate projects involving the integration and implementation of antenna systems.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, including resource allocation.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication across interdisciplinary teams, including development, production, and quality management.
  • Prepare and conduct project reviews, status reports, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to define requirements and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Plan and oversee the installation and commissioning of ground station systems, including SAT components.
  • Organize and manage renovation projects for customer systems.
  • Design systems in collaboration with specialists, including developing quantity structures and part requirements.
  • Participate in system integration and implementation activities on-site (worldwide).


Skills/Must have:

  • Several years of hands-on experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in system integration; experience in the SatCom sector is a plus.
  • Knowledge of RF measurement technology is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
  • Fluent in written and spoken German, with good English language skills.
  • Experience in technical operations within security-sensitive military environments is an added advantage
