Responsibilities
- Manage critical incidents using the Critical Issue Response System (CIRS)
- Provide regular updates on CIRS incidents through CES until resolution
- Troubleshoot application issues
- Identify preventive actions based on CIRS findings
- Handle CIRS-related requests (DFs, feature toggles, Deployments)
- Utilize monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Kibana
Experience & Skills
- Must be fluent in English
