The Systems & Network Administrator will be responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and enhancement of our clients' IT infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on approach to systems and network administration, with a focus on Azure Cloud, Office 365, virtualization technologies, and networking configurations.

Systems Administration
• Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Administer and optimize storage solutions and backup systems.
Network Administration
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
• Implement and manage network security measures.
Cloud Services
• Administer Azure Cloud environments.
• Implement and manage Office 365 services.
Virtualization
• Support and manage virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.
• Optimize virtual infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Project Management
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Technical Support
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems and network administration within an MSP environment or similar setting.
• Proven experience with Azure Cloud, Office 365 (including AD, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive), and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix).
Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
• Proficiency in managing storage and backup solutions.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix.
• Ability to configure and manage network security, including VLANs and firewall settings.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
