Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable Splunk solutions to address complex IT operations challenges.
  • Leverage AIOps capabilities to automate incident management, root cause analysis, and anomaly detection.
  • Integrate Splunk with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party monitoring solutions.
  • Develop and optimize Splunk searches, dashboards, and alerts to provide actionable insights.
  • Utilize Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL) to create advanced queries and automation workflows.

Skills/Must have:

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Splunk architecture, SPL, and AIOps.
  • Cloud Integration: Expertise in integrating Splunk with cloud platforms and third-party monitoring tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to align Splunk designs with broader business goals, translating technical requirements into effective, scalable, and efficient solutions.
