Tier 3 Technician - Systems Integrator

Responsibilities: 

• Provide high-level technical support and resolution for complex Tier 2/Tier 3 issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Hyper-V clusters, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Configure and maintain Cisco routing and switching infrastructure.
• Implement and manage VLAN configurations to support network segmentation and efficiency.
• Resolve O365-related issues, including user account management and application troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members, including project engineers and other technicians, to deliver top-notch service.
• Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• Extensive experience with Hyper-V cluster management.
• Proven experience in handling Tier 2/Tier 3 support tickets.
• Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching.
• Expertise in VLAN configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for O365 applications.
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise or Cassia.
