Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions, including CUCM, Unity, Jabber, WebEx, and related technologies.
• Manage and optimize audio-visual (AV) systems, including room setups, speakers, microphones, and other AV components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality UC and AV solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UC and AV issues efficiently.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance.
• Expertise in Cisco UC technologies: CUCM, Unity, Jabber, and WebEx.
• Hands-on experience with AV systems, including room configurations, speakers, and microphones.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working for or with a UC/AV Partner from a competitive landscape.
