The law firm is searching for a skilled and highly motivated Windows 11 and Intune Engineer to join a growing team and bring their expertise to this exciting opportunity!

Reporting to the Program Technical Lead, the role will be responsible for providing subject matter expertise and technical support to the implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deployment Support: Providing subject matter expertise and technical support to the deployment teams, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to end users.
  • Application Packaging: Contribute to the packaging of company applications
  • Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation outlining configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to equip the internal IT team with the skills and knowledge required to manage and support the new environment effectively.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience with Windows 11 deployment, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, including policy management, app deployment, and device management.
  • Experience repackaging applications for deployment via Intune.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning.
  • Previous experience migrating mobile devices from Legacy MDM solutions to Intune.
  • Understanding of Windows Hello for Business deployment and setup.
  • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Skilled in creating documentation and leading knowledge transfer sessions.
