As a Marketing Associate at Hamilton Barnes, I support and oversee marketing operations, while also bringing in creative, data-led projects that push our marketing beyond the basics. With a background rooted in data and analytics, I previously interned at a digital analytics company before transitioning internally from a Data Administrator role into Marketing - giving me a unique blend of analytical thinking and creative execution.
In my current role, I focus on integrating data-driven insights, performance analysis and digital tools like PowerBI and Python into marketing initiatives to help drive smarter decision-making and measurable business impact. From analytics dashboards to creative projects, I enjoy bridging the gap between numbers and storytelling to support both growth and brand presence.
