Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and permits before work begins
- Set daily goals for the crew and monitor progress
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site
- Delegate tasks and job duties to team members
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Assess team members’ performance and provide guidance and coaching
Skills/Must have:
- Minimum of three years of construction-related experience
- Capable of training and mentoring team members to improve productivity and quality
- Strong communication skills for interaction with team members and customers
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License highly preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Experience or training in basic aerial placement desirable
