Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and permits before work begins
• Set daily goals for the crew and monitor progress
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site
• Delegate tasks and job duties to team members
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Assess team members’ performance and provide guidance and coaching

Skills/Must have:

• Minimum of three years of construction-related experience
• Capable of training and mentoring team members to improve productivity and quality
• Strong communication skills for interaction with team members and customers
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License highly preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
• Experience or training in basic aerial placement desirable

Salary:

• $33 - $37 per hour
