Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial management of major data center construction projects
• Assist in preparing and reviewing tenders, contracts, and cost reports
• Help with forecasting, valuations, and variation management
• Liaise with subcontractors on procurement and payment processes
• Work closely with senior surveyors and project teams to ensure project success
• Contribute to maintaining cost control and achieving financial targets

Skills / Must Have:

• Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (or similar) within construction or industrial projects
• Solid understanding of cost control, procurement, and contract administration
• Exposure to data center or fast-track projects is a plus
• EU Citizenship
• Fluent in English (German language skills advantageous)
• Proactive, detail-focused, and confident in a fast-paced working environment
