This role will play a key part in supporting a Customer CRM transformation program, partnering closely with Microsoft and other strategic vendors to design and implement a Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solution integrated with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with vendors and design teams to manage and engineer the implementation of the CCaaS and D365 platform.
• Support project mobilization by coordinating efforts between internal teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors.
• Define and document business and technical requirements, overseeing migration and integration across CCaaS and D365 components.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Design and implement Azure environments following tenant and account structure best practices.
• Engineer compute and network resources required for the platform's optimal performance.
• Support integration and deployment activities across Development, Test, and Production environments.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) components and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CCaaS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Strong understanding of Azure Cloud Infrastructure engineering, including authentication mechanisms (SAML/OIDC), compute, and network design.
• Experience integrating Azure and AWS environments.
