Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Azure and AWS cloud resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking components, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
  • Implement security best practices for Azure and AWS, including identity management, access control, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Azure and AWS environments and networking systems, maintaining connectivity and security across both platforms.
  • Design, implement, and manage networking solutions within Azure and AWS, including virtual networks, VPNs, security groups, and Direct Connect (AWS).
  • Support the Citrix environment, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix Virtual Apps, ensuring smooth and reliable performance of virtual applications and desktops.
  • Utilize ConnectWise ticketing system to track, resolve, and escalate incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Support Linux systems as needed, providing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for Linux-based environments.
  • Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and generate reports on performance, availability, and security metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions supporting organizational goals across both Azure and AWS.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.


Skills/Must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in managing Azure Cloud and AWS Cloud environments, with hands-on expertise in managing resources, networking, and security across both platforms.
  • Strong experience in Citrix administration, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Virtual Apps & Desktops.
  • Experience working with ConnectWise ticketing systems and incident management.
  • Familiarity with Linux systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, AWS CLI) is a plus.
  • Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) and AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate) are highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across cloud and on-prem systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
