Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all electrical subcontractors on site.
• Oversee installation of MV/LV systems and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure works align with programme.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement project quality plans.
• Coordinate commissioning and handover of electrical systems.
• Liaise with specialist engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Support building inspections and authority approvals.
• Review and verify subcontractor invoices based on progress.

Skills/Must have:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Electrical Construction Manager / Bauleiter on large construction projects.
• Data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations within complex buildings.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and BIM tools (e.g. ACC, Navisworks, or similar).
• Understanding of German construction regulations and safety standards.
• Fluent German and English.
